The Seaborg 600MJ is Daiwa's flagship compact electric reel for serious offshore work — deep dropping, jigging and bait fishing for yellowfin tuna, amberjack and other heavyweight targets. It packs a 500-size body (970g) with PE8-300m line capacity and 28kg of max drag, giving you big-reel power without the bulk of a full-size deck reel.
At the core is Daiwa's MAGMAX motor, custom-built for the Seaborg range and delivering around 1.3x the output of previous generations, housed in an aluminium composite shell designed to shed heat and keep that power available through a long fight. MEGATWIN-PRO lets you switch between mega-power and mega-speed retrieve modes at the touch of a button, while the ATD drag system — seven carbon washers paired with Daiwa's low-viscosity-at-rest grease — smooths out the initial hookup shock and holds firm once a fish is running.
Day-to-day usability gets just as much attention: a one-thumb Jog Power Lever for winding and clutch control, an adjustable Fall Brake Dial for controlled drops, Magsealed bearings to keep water and grit out of the moving parts, and a large-format dot-matrix display built to stay legible in harsh sun glare.

Most orders are sent via Australia Post. Some items are sent via Star Track Express, Couriers Please, Sendle or Aramex. We decide on who to send an order with during the processing stage.

We ship a large volume of rods daily and we are proud to say we have refined our shipping technique to ensure all rods are delivered in perfect condition.
Rod are fully insulated with high density bubble wrap. After this, rods are inserted into a purpose built and cut to size rod tube which is professionally capped at each end.
