Goods Damaged In Transit

Faulty Items & Warranties

Please Contact Us if you wish to submit a Warranty Claim for any product you have purchased from us. We will be more than happy to assist you and provide further instructions.

If goods you purchase from us arrive faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised you are entitled to a store credit, exchange or refund.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Please contact us in the instance that a product arrives faulty, has been wrongly described, is different to the product purchased or doesn’t perform as advertised. 

After a certain period of time of receiving your purchase and the product fails you will need to send your product direct to the supplier with a copy of your receipt for warranty inspection. In this instance simply contact us so we can further advise you on where to send the product. Goods that have failed will usually need to be inspected by supplier to determine if user error, misuse or genuine product failure and whether it be minor or major.

If you are unable to find your receipt, please contact us and we will try and locate a copy on our system for you.


Please Contact Us in the instance that an item needs to be returned for repair. Goods returned for repair will be assessed and/or repaired within a reasonable time. You may be provided with an indicative repair time, which time may vary due to reasons beyond ours or the repairer’s reasonable control, such as part availability or freight delays.

You may be required to pay labour, assessment and/or freight fees, such as where goods are assessed to have been damaged by misuse or accident, or where your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any manufacturer’s warranty do not apply.


If a refund is approved it will be processed within 3 business days from date of approval. Depending on your payment method, the refund may take up to 72 hours to take effect after the refund has been processed on our end.
