Following the Impulse project we have successfullytransferred the same design parameters forS-shaped undulating deformation to this innovativefin. This particular movement permits a notableaccumulation of elastic potential energy inthe blade, which is released in the return kick,transforming into thrust.The thermoplastic rubber used for the waterchannelling rails is extremely flexible and soft soas not to undermine the intrinsic characteristics ofthe blade.

 The new insole for Gara Modular fins is recommended for use with thin boots in temperate waters, because it improves the kick performance. The semi-rigid material of the insole is completely recycled.
