The Kix's Tough Digigear provides flawless internal gearing, with its high-precision cutting technique achieving ultra-smooth performance. Combined with a Magsealed Body which is made from a scientifically designed magnetized oil that forms a seal that reduces dust, water and salt intrusion into the body of the reel to increase its longevity along with other Daiwa technology including an ultralight Long Cast ABS aluminium spool, ATD drag, Air Bail, MagSeal, Perfect Line Stopper, aluminium Air Handle, and Air Rotor.
