Daiwa introduces a new name for electric reel fans in 2023. The 2023 Daiwa Leobritz Electric Reels open a new realm of opportunities for anglers Australia wide. One of the most appealing features of this reel is its compact size, this allows the angler to enjoy the fight of the fish with the added assistance of the electric reel. The Daiwa Leobritz Electric Reels feature Daiwa’s Britz motor concept, a powerful brushed motor which delivers instant power when engaged. Britz motors are robust and offer high torque, so even small electric reels can deliver surprising amounts of winding power & strength. Both Daiwa Leobritz models have programmable jigging functions, able to retrieve metal jigs in a series of pre-programmed patterns with the angler’s choice of retrieval speed. This makes the strenuous act of high-speed jigging an attainable dream for more anglers than ever before. Available in 300 & 500 sizes in right-hand retrieve, the Daiwa Leobritz can be paired up with any of your favourite Daiwa overhead jigging rods or the specifically designed Tanacom or Seapower for handheld electric fishing.

Diawa 23 Leobritz Electric “Review”

What an amazing reel! From its quick install and spooled with 450m of j-braid in Pe4 matched with a 40lb diawa tranx rod I couldn’t of asked for a better combo, have fished from 100m-180m and caught snapper/cobia/king fish it’s been so versatile and easy to use. Makes spot checking new ground a lot less painful manually dropping down and winding back up for no return etc. As for power, it chews next to nothing and can easily be used all day off a second boat battery etc no dramas at all. I’d honastly own 5 of them if I could, it has so many possibilities even down rigging etc etc! Definitely a happy customer! Ravi’s delivery was quick and packaging beefed up with not a mark or scratch on the reel box 👌
