The Gamakatsu Octopus Black hook is one of our best selling hooks.  It is popular across a wide range of sizes for so many fish species.  If you are chasing smaller estuary species, sizes 8, 6 and 4 estuary are ideal.  For bream and flathead, most people use sizes 2, 1 & 1/0.  The snapper fisherman ideally prefer to use sizes 4/0, 5/0, 6/0.

Bigger Species fisherman targeting Mulloway and Kingfish mainly use hooks in the larger 8/0, 9/0, 10/0 sizes. This is an exceptionally versatile hook style and is also widely used as a light weight live bait hook for many species.
