Absolutely love this rod and unbeatable price, there was a small defect which is only cosmetic but for that price I'm certainly not complaining.

Some purists baulk at the thought of multi piece rods but this Abu Garcia travel rod is discernible from any other quality rod. With the right line, reel and bait it will cast and flick as good as any.

Fantastic rod for travelling - three pieces, but still very sturdy. Nice and compact for storage. This rod is way better than the telescopic alternatives.
Grabbed one of the light weight travel rods, packs down neatly and can fit it in my duffle bag. I keep it in the car now and its handy for a quick cast.
