Aesthetically appealing. The cork grip brings out that classic style fishing that i really appreciate. Very sensitive a fast action that i really prefer. Excellent in lures and finesse fishing. This e6x is my first g loomis rod so im very happy with it. It is indeed a quality rod.
Nice looking rod, medium fast taper action, will be used as an all rounder rod for lure, soft plastic, bait with a 2500 reel.
Excellent design offering both strength and sensitivity. I have the same rod in 7'1" which I was so impressed with, I bought the 7'6" for a little extra casting distance and have not been disappointed. I am not a fan of split butts and prefer full front and rear cork grips. I use this from a boat and wading, targeting mainly Flathead and Bream on the flats with hard bodies and whiting on poppers. This rod does it all and will handle anything I am likely to hook up with.
