Just fits 2 of the Plano 3600 cases in the main compartment, or 1 with some other stuff. The other compartments are great for leader, snips and small things. Not big enough to fit a bug water bottle but a small one or a can fit in the side.
I needed something easy to carry that could hold a bit of kit for some of the fishing trips I do where I cover a lot of ground on foot (and especially when the temps rise and I'd rather not have a vest/backpack on)
This pack was well priced and looks to be the solution - I'll try it out next week when I have chance to get away.
The pack will easily hold a couple of fly boxes and spare spools to allow me to change lines as can be the case where I go. It will also hold a water bottle or thermo cup and the other bits and pieces I'll need for a few hours on the water and as it's shoulder mounted rather than waist mounted I won't need to worry about it sliding down if it has a bit of weight in it. Good product and value for money,
