Bought the Quantum Reliance PT after reading Alan Hawk's review. Well made heavy duty reel for a good price point.
I've bought this reel for kayak fishing after reading Alan Hawk's review. Although he outlined a few issues, the main thing is that the reel is very close to being fully sealed.
Fished it a fair bit in my kayak and find the reel absolutely awesome considering the price tag.
Obviously it won't stand a chance against Shimano Spheros or Saragosa in terms of smoothness but the price tag reflects that.
Absolutely recommend for fishos on a budget
